UNDERSTAND WHERE THEY ARE WEAK AND WHERE THEY ARE STRONG AND IN DOING SO UNDERSTAND THE DEEP COMMITMENT
NEEDED TO DEVELOP THEIR ABILITIES AS A KARATE-KA. THIS CLASS IS NOT TAUGHT AS A SPORT AND FREE SPARRING IS NOT
ALLOWED, WE TEACH KARATE AS A MARTIAL ART AND AS SUCH WHATEVER COMPETITION YOU MAY LOOK FOR IS WITHIN
