BODY SCULPTING & BALL: BODY SCULPTING USING A STABILITY BALL AND FREE WEIGHTS; THIS PLACES FOCUS ON BALANCE AS WELL AS STRENGTH. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CLASS CAN BE DONE WITHOUT USE OF THE BALL. THIS CLASS IS PRESENTED IN SESSION FORM AND WILL RUN FROM THURSDAY, MAY 29TH TO AUGUST 7TH.

CYCLE REEBOK CLASSES: A CARDIOVASCULAR WORKOUT ON A STATIONARY BIKE DESIGNED TO SIMULATE AN OUTDOOR RIDING EXPERIENCE. PERFECT FOR ALL LEVELS, BEGINNER TO SERIOUS CYCLISTS.  ARRIVING EARLY TO CLASS IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED DUE TO LIMITED SPACE (10 CYCLES AVAILABLE FOR MEMBER USE). SIGN UP AT FRONT DESK FOR CYCLE CLASS TO SECURE BIKE.

QI GONG: PRACTICE SIMPLE METHODS TO CULTIVATE AND REFINE YOUR BREATHING AND ATTAIN A CALM AND VITAL MIND AND BODY.

STRENGTH & ENDURANCE TRAINING: ALTERNATING 3 MINUTE INTERVALS OF BARBELL TRAINING WITH 3 MINUTE INTERVALS OF CARDIO DRILLS USING LIGHT HAND WEIGHTS; INCLUDES ABDOMINAL WORKOUT AND STRETCH.

STRETCH OUT!: A TOTAL BODY STRETCH EXPERIENCE USING PROPER ALIGNMENT. WORK SAFELY AND DEEPLY; LEARN HOW TO STRETCH TOWARDS BETTER BODY SYMMETRY.

TAI JI QUAN: TAI JI IS AN ANCIENT FORM OF CHINESE MARTIAL ARTS. IT IS ALSO A METHOD OF MEDITATION AND SELF-CULTIVATION. IT EMPHASIZES THE IMPORTANCE OF RELAXING AND EXERCISES THE BODY AND MIND COMPLETELY. A WORKOUT IN TAI JI IS EXHILIARATING AND COMFORTING.
