Aqua Aerobics - Water Aerobics, a great workout with less stress on the joints. Class includes toning exercises for the entire body and the use of water resistant equipment. The class can be modified for all levels of fitness. L1, L2

Water Exercise for Arthritis - Arthritis not required! Class includes non-impact movement and exercises approved by the Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Plus Program. L1

Aqua Deep - Challenging deep water aerobics using equipment (belts, buoys, webs and cuffs). L2
